MG Rover – Former Employees Study

Vector’s commissioning by Advantage West Midlands to conduct the major longitudinal study to track former employees of MG Rover has now reached the 12 month stage – with almost seven out of 10 having found new work. Vector has conducted comprehensive quantitative and qualitative work with a range of former Longbridge and supplier workers which show the degree to which intervention has impacted upon their likelihood to secure employment, and their attitudes towards new jobs.
