West Midlands Congestion Study

Vector was commissioned in January 2007 by the seven Metropolitan Authorities and Centro to conduct a major study with households across the conurbation to examine reactions to likely growth in traffic congestion in the next 15 years, and to examine the potential for alternative means of addressing the issues. Vector will combine its quantitative and innovative qualitative approaches to examine this critical and complex issue.
