Vector’s new enhanced CATI operation is to be launched in September 2007 as a result of major investment in IT and phone hardware at our new Jewellery Quarter Headquarters. The phone unit will provide a valuable resource to Vector’s existing clients, but will also be promoted to a much wider market.
