“Record” performance by Vector in Neighbourhood Renewal

Our team-up with Housing Specialists Ark Consultancy won a contract for the Urban Living Housing Pathfinder for housing renewal surveys in Birmingham’s Soho Ward in early 2008. Our achievement of over 70 per cent strike rate in terms of household participation – in what is a ward with two-thirds BME population - was the result of an incredibly diligent effort by executive and field staff and management processes going way beyond conventional approaches in terms of repeat visits and neighbourhood level communication.
