Dalry Market Town 2008-9

Vector’s multi-disciplinary “town team” (i.e. Vector Research in conjunction with regeneration consultant Douglas Wheeler and marketing consultant Stewart Miller) has developed an action plan for Dalry in North Ayrshire centred around the re-introduction of a town-centre market backed by a range of other interventions to re-invigorate the town. This followed extensive research from Vector’s CATI unit with residents of Dalry and neighbouring towns, surveys of shoppers, household case studies and a visioning workshop for local traders and stakeholders.
